2. Account Registration & Subscription
Step 1: Create an Account
To begin using the platform, you need to create a user account. This account will serve as your personal dashboard for managing bookings, listings, and subscriptions.
Once you register and log in, you'll be ready to move to the next step.
Step 2: Subscribe to a Package
After logging into your account, visit the Subscription Packages page. Here, you’ll select a subscription plan that fits your needs as a property manager. (Plan names and pricing will be defined soon.)
If you haven’t subscribed yet, the system will notify you with the message:
“You are not currently subscribed to any subscription packages. Please subscribe to a package to continue using our services.”
Select your preferred plan and complete the payment process.
Step 3: Complete Your Account Profile
Upon subscription, you’ll be prompted to complete your profile.
You’ll be asked to provide the following:
- Personal Details: First name, Surname, Country, Region
- About Me: Share interests, profession, or anything that builds trust with guests (this section is public).
- Profile Photo: Upload a clear and real image of yourself.
- Address & Contact Info: House number, Street, Town, Postcode, Mobile
- Optional Fields: VAT Number, Passport Number, Driving License, IBAN, Special Requirements (e.g., accessibility needs)
Privacy Note:
All sensitive information is encrypted using AES-256 and is only visible to you, admins, or hosts you've booked with.
After completing your profile, you’ll automatically be redirected to the Add New Property page.
❓ Why do I need to subscribe before listing a property?
A subscription ensures that you have access to the tools and features needed to publish and manage your property. Without it, you cannot activate listings on the platform.
❓ Who can see my personal information?
Only you, platform administrators, and hosts you've already booked with can see sensitive data (e.g., passport number). Public profile elements (like “About Me”) are visible to all visitors.
❓ Is it safe to upload my documents or personal data?
Yes. All sensitive information is stored using AES-256 encryption, one of the most secure standards currently available.
❓ Can I change my subscription package later?
Yes, you will be able to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan later through the dashboard (feature availability may vary based on your package type).
