How to Create One:

1. Select a room or property
2. Click a start date, then an end date on the calendar
3. The system will block those days for that resource

iCal Synchronization

The system supports two-way synchronization via the iCalendar (.ics) format, enabling you to connect with:

Each room or room type has a unique export link you can add to your external calendar apps.

• Event end date should reflect the guest’s departure
• Summary should include the guest name
