3. Adding a New Property — Step-by-Step Guide

This guide walks you through every step required to create your first property listing.

Step 1: Access the "Add New Property" Page

After completing your account details and subscription, you will be redirected to the Add New Property form.
Alternatively, you can access it manually from your dashboard by clicking “New Property”.

Step 2: Fill in Basic Property Information

These fields are mandatory and affect how your listing appears in search results.

Enter a short, clear name that will be shown in listings.

Email Address

Set a contact email for this property (can be different from account email).

Region

Choose a general region (e.g. Cyclades, Peloponnese).

Regional Prefecture

Input the administrative area (e.g. Argolis, Chania).

Town / Village

Enter the nearest town or village.

Category

Optional label to group your property (e.g. Vacation Rentals, Tours).

Property Type

Choose the type (e.g. Hotel, Villa, Apartment).

Max Occupancy

Total number of people that can stay.

Step 3: Property Details

This is the main configuration screen for your property. It includes:

Mark property as superior if applicable.

Street, Postcode, Tel, Fax

Property Type Warning

⚠️ Changing the property type deletes all rooms, tariffs, and settings.

Step 4: Configure Property Features & Additional Information

After completing the core property details, you will be taken to a screen where you can customize the facilities, amenities, and descriptive content of your listing.

These details enhance the appeal of your property and affect visibility in guest filters (e.g., "has Jacuzzi", "pet friendly", etc.).

Step 4.1 – Select Features

You’ll see a list of available features. These may vary depending on the property type you selected earlier (e.g., villa vs. hotel).

Tick all that apply to your accommodation. Examples include:

  • 🐕 Pets Welcome

  • ♿ Disabled Access

  • 🌐 Wi-Fi / Fiber / Hotspot

💡 Pro Tip: Select only accurate features — these appear on the property page and can be used in guest search filters.

Step 4.2 – Property Description & Text Fields

Next, fill in the following fields to provide guests with full details:

Final Step: Save & Preview

After entering all data:

  1. Click Save

  2. Use Preview to see how your listing appears publicly

  3. Return any time to edit and improve your property details
